Let's do it!! Organic is the way to go!!.
Shredded coconut is available in my local supermarkets, but these coconut flakes are not. I'm so happy I found them on Amazon - They arrived on time. are exactly what I needed for a fantastic dessert recipe! I will definitely order more if I need them again.
I use it to top my homemade Playa bowls, but it's so versatile and tasty that I also use it on oatmeal, ice cream, and by itself. Delicious.
It has a pleasant flavor and texture. It's not so delicious that you'll eat these flakes on the spur of the moment, which is perfect for me.
