Coconut is fine, but This organic coconut was purchased, but I was unaware that it was extremely dry

For a coconut cake, I needed a more moist shredded coconut. It's in my husband's baking goods right now. I recently learned that frozen coconut can be purchased, so I'll give it a shot.

Coconut flavor that is not too strong

It didn't seem to have much of a coconut taste to it. Perhaps I'm too accustomed to dried coconut that has been sweetened. In smoothies with fruits, it should be fine.
