I've found that this is about the best you can get. If you're not in the tropics, this is about as good as it gets. This will have some of the flavor of young coconut if you want it. The coconut in here is, on average, a little hard and not as soft as it should be. 1 star The sweetest and best coconut is the younger, softer coconut, which this does contain some of; however, it is too expensive. 1 star. I'd give them a higher rating if they reduced the price and improved the quality. However, I intend to place another order.
But. First and foremost, this is not the first time I've ordered this item, and when it arrives, the dry ice has completely evaporated, leaving the product mostly frozen. However, it's fine. They take a long time to send it, but it is of excellent quality. You should be aware, however, that once you've decided they're coconut, I won't be around for long. My recommendation is to freeze it until you're ready to use it, then thaw it in a tub of water. It has a pure and fresh flavor. The bad news is that I found this product on their own website for less money than I could have found it on Amazon.
Unfortunately, the package was delayed for ten days and arrived three days late, resulting in a completely defrosted product that was supposed to be kept frozen until consumption. That's a pound of coconut in your hand. To maintain freshness and quality, it must be consumed quickly after defrosting. We can't eat a ten-pound coconut in one sitting. Without a doubt, the quality has suffered as a result of this. Because the product is not cheap, expect the company to be more conscientious about the packaging it uses as well as the shipper/delivery method it uses to ensure that the product arrives frozen and as described. I was unable to contact the seller because there was no way to do so. Please contact me with a refund if they read this review. Thank you very much.

It's an excellent product that I adore.
Love it. Almost all of the coconut meat was in its infancy. It was well worth the money.
I didn't believe it was possible to get fresh coconut meat from the other side of the world when I ordered this product. However, I made the decision to give it a shot. All of the coconut packages were still frozen, with dry ice on top, which surprised me. The coconut meat tastes identical to that of a fresh coconut. I'm happy to be surprised! )br>Thank you so much for your prompt delivery! /cybr>br>Use these to make tropical desserts and snacks, or just eat them plain.
