Two tubs of Paramount Crystals, each weighing 2 lbs!

Carob, chocolate, and yogurt coatings are all melted with the help of these crystals.

Mount crystals aid in the smoothing and pouring of coatings into molds, as well as the thinning of coatings for easier dipping and coating.

For every pound of coating, add 1/4 cup of crystals. Melt your chocolate and add a little at a time, stirring in between additions, until you reach the desired consistency.

The product performs admirably for the purpose for which I purchased it. It was semi-melted and clumped together in the last two shipments, which was a problem. Someone should think about how to avoid this in the future.
