I'm extremely disappointed. I've ordered these chips before, and they've always come with some sort of insulation or cooling capability. This time, however, this was not the case, and each bag now contains a large blob of chocolate.
I had always ordered single packages in the past, but because bulk packaging was cheaper, I decided to order it this time. A huge blunder! The chocolate has become stale (it has become discolored). Because it was globed together inside the pouch, it had obviously melted at one point.
My husband's go-to snack is these chips. if you're looking for a Keto-friendly chocolate fix! I also enjoy Lilly's chocolate bars, which come in a variety of flavors. Their milk chocolate and dark chocolate, in particular, are to die for - which I try to consume more of because it is healthier! ) There's no reason to consume all of the sugar found in regular chocolate bars when Lillys' sugar-free chocolate tastes just as good.
I like to use these for chocolate chip cookies, and I'll eat a handful from time to time. They're sugar-free, which I adore. It's possible to be completely free and still enjoy a delicious meal. We tried making a flourless chocolate cake with them, but it didn't turn out as well as we had hoped. I'm guessing there's something in the chips that helps them keep their shape, because they didn't melt as quickly as we expected. Instead, I'm going to try a Lily's chocolate bar the next time.
However, I bought six bags from this seller, and when I opened the first bag, the chips appeared to have been stored in a warm or too cold environment, or they were simply old. The chips have a discolored appearance and lack flavor. Totally let down!.
