The item is packaged in Valrhona's original packaging. During the summer, it is delivered overnight with ice/gel packs. It is sent via Ground without ice packs during the winter and colder months.

Milk Chocolate is fantastic

Although I am not a huge fan of milk chocolate, I ordered this to make holiday candies, and it worked out beautifully for both enrobing and filling. It's perfectly tempered when it's heated to 188 degrees Fahrenheit and then cooled to around 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
