Brickle is a teeny-tiny little creature

It tastes like coarse sand, and it's delicious, but it's best used in baking. The pieces are smaller and less "smashed" than brickles.

THE BAG IS TINY, BUT IT SAYS 8 OZ ON IT. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS TO EAT. I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS FOR A COOKIE RECIPE, AND NOW I HAVE IT. I'M GLAD I FOUND THEM, BUT THE BAG SHOULD HAVE BEEN LARGER.
