My girlfriend makes toffee, and she only uses Guittard Dark Chocolate, so when I made it, I had to order it from Amazon because it wasn't available in our stores. The end result was delectable. Dark chocolate was preferred over milk chocolate, she said.

The taste is rich and smooth, and it bakes up beautifully. Use Guittard's chocolate chips to make chocolate chip cookies. Use real butter, dark brown sugar, and a pinch of salt in this recipe. Before baking, stir in the dried cherries. Sprinkle smoked sea salt on top of the cookies once they've come out of the oven.
Powder was mixed in with some melted chocolate chunks in the packages. Nothing I've ever seen is as bad as this! They'd been crushed to a pulp.
In pancakes and muffins, the chocolate is deep, rich, and robust. It'd be fantastic in brownies or cookies! I would strongly suggest it.
Despite the higher price, this is the best chip for cookies. Look for the original recipe on their website; it's truly amazing. Also, delivery was quicker than expected.
Unfortunately, both bags of chocolate chips were melted chocolate blobs when they arrived. They can't be used in the kitchen at all. I attempted to contact the seller to request a refund or replacement, but received no response. I won't be buying anything else.
Guittard chips have a deep, rich chocolate flavor that gives baked goods that extra special touch. I also like how the chips are bigger than average but not excessively so.
This product has been around for a long time. Everything is the same as it always has been. good.
