In a Bain Marie, these chips melt quickly and smoothly. I prefer them to bars, and I agree that the chips are cheaper. Happy baking!
Other sellers are available to place orders with. Amazon has a limit on orders, but other sellers do not. The 15th of April is the last day to place an order for chocolates.
The bag was packaged in plastic, which was then sealed to a piece of cardboard, which was then packaged in a box. There was no insulation in the room. The chips had melted together in a large number of places. When I read the other comments, I was surprised to see that it came with an ice pack. The one I got didn't come with an ice pack.

At a $5 price. This chocolate is near-perfect at 24 dollars for 20 ounces. The surface appears to be slightly dusted, but this is more of a camera artifact than an accurate representation of their condition when they arrived. The crystal structure is still tempered and does not have a grainy appearance. Un-delivered In the spring, it melted. In my chocolate chip cookies, I used these chocolate chips. The bittersweet flavor was spot on, but the chocolate chips melted when baked in the cookies, making the cookies a mess. In addition, the size was a little larger than other baking chocolate chips. I'm not sure I'll use these to make chocolate chip cookies again, but they might come in handy for other baking projects that require melting chocolate.
It has no flavor. The mouth is dried out. If you're going to eat chocolate, make it a special occasion. Select the highest-quality product with the best flavor, and savor it to the fullest!
