As soon as I placed my order, I noticed that the delivery would be between the 19th and 24th of August. The chocolate was due by the 21st, but I canceled it in order to see if I could get it from somewhere else. The product was received today, December 19th, and I was very excited about it. * I didn't open the package until after that. In its place of being delivered in the commercial package shown in various images on this item, it was sent in a package not shown in any of the pictures. The package that I received was a clear plastic back with a short white label describing the product and its ingredients. It is my firm belief that I would not have ordered from this vendor if I had known it would arrive in such a manner, and I will never order from them There are a lot of reasons why I am disappointed in the product received, and am even considering not using it. I was hesitant to order chocolate chips through the mail, because I thought they might melt but gave it a try. Do you know what's going on? There were two bags of white chocolate chips as well as one of milk chocolate chips packaged together in reflective, thermal bubble wrap, and two ice packs were added to that package too. I noticed that although the ice packs had melted, the chips were intact and unmelted. A better day could not come at a better time for me.

The shipping preparation was superb. I was concerned that the chocolate would melt en route, since our country's postal service is currently taking considerably longer than normal to deliver packages to other states. They delayed the shipment, however their packaged it so well that it kept the brutal heat at bay. While I opened the box with trepidation, I found ice packs inside that were already melted. However, once I opened the packaging itself, I found everything was in perfect order and not melted.
