THIS IS NOT A GOOD ITEM TO BUY! As a result of their age, the chips are white. Everyone knows what old chocolate chips look like when they turn white, and I was expecting this item to be fresh for the price. The item is out of date and has a sticker covering it. I chose to ignore something similar that was posted by someone else. I went looking for the expiration date after I received the package and noticed that the chips were white, but there's a white sticker on the bag that covers the UPC code and won't come off. It's one of those incredibly clingy stickers that rips to shreds when removed. Make a financial plan. It is not possible to exchange or return this item.
The candy is cut up smaller than expected, but that just means there are more cookies in the package. The flavor lasted a long time, and they were a big hit with everyone.
These chips were tasty, but they didn't have the same flavor as the regular Andes Candies mints. I planned to use them in mug cakes, but they disappeared before I could make them. *Ahem!.
I first saw these in a store last winter and fell in love with them, but because they are seasonal, Amazon is the only place where I can get them all year.
It was completely melted when it arrived. And, much to my disappointment, you will not be able to return this item.
I like how big they are and how well they bake. They're fantastic.
