It's created by B. G FOODS is located in PARSIPPANY, New Jersey. I'm on my third order, and I'm really pleased with it. Normally, I get six at once.

How long will this last if kept in the fridge?

I keep open jars for about 6 months in the refrigerator. Polaner chopped garlic is something else I buy. It can last up to eight months in my refrigerator. It is never thrown away by me. I don't keep it for more than a month because I use it so frequently. For the past 18 months, I've kept sealed jars in my pantry. At a time, I usually make a dozen jars of chopped garlic.

I went to several grocery stores looking for crushed garlic, which adds flavor and is easy to absorb in cooking. On Amazon, I was able to locate a pack of three small jars. They'll keep for a long time, but once opened, they'll stay fresh in the cupboard and fridge.

Trader's Joes used to carry crushed garlic, but they no longer do. I substitute this for minced because I dislike the texture of minced pieces in my food. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING PRODUCT!.
