Spice World Chopped Garlic No Preservatives, 4.5 oz

Garlic is one of my favorite foods! Peeling garlic cloves, on the other hand, isn't my favorite task. I usually buy a jar of garlic with every other Amazon Fresh order because I use it on everything I bake (it's also great in rices, black beans, and egg omelets). This brand outperforms Badia's by a long shot. Fresh garlic is the best, but these chopped garlic cloves are a close second. Also, this garlic powder is MUCH better than the garlic powders I've bought over the years.

Although it appears to be real garlic and can be used to season oil, the taste and smell have been significantly altered by the preservative liquid in which it is packaged. If you're looking for a recipe that requires you to taste the garlic, I wouldn't recommend buying this. It's acceptable, but it's no substitute for fresh garlic.
