Instead of chopping garlic, this is a good substitute

I felt bad about using this product, so I asked friends if they had used jarred garlic instead of fresh garlic, and it turned out that they only use this type of garlic in their cooking. It keeps for a long time in the refrigerator. We obviously need garlic bulbs for roasting and other uses, but this method also works well when you need minced or chopped garlic. I had a great time.
