Over and above what I expected. I use garlic a lot in my cooking and am a big fan. Not a whole head of garlic has ever been served to me, only black garlic salt. I'm blown away by this stuff. This is like candy - I could eat it all day long! I enjoy the earthy sweetness of this spice, and it gives anything I use it on depth. As an independent entity, it was so good I did not expect it. This comes with a metal pull tab and even has a little insert above the lid but below the plastic cap that contains some coupon codes. As a result, I had it in my hands faster than I had expected. HOMTIEM is something I’ve done some research on before I ordered because I’m always cautious when ordering foods from I note that they are a reputable Thailand-based manufacturer of this product, which seems to be their specialty. My favorite part of eating black garlic is its flavor. I do this every morning when I get up on an empty stomach with one squeezed lemon juice and two tablespoons of Good Olive oil. I heat these both in a microwave for 20 seconds and then, after having consumed the mixture with two cloves of black garlic, I will go to bed. Despite being fresh, the seal on it is still very intact. Thanks for putting this on my regular list of items to purchase for my health regimen.

The quality is not bad, but I couldn't use it

I will try almost anything once when it comes to food (as long as it doesn't live on my plate) and since I am a huge fan of garlic I was eager to give In my opinion, the flavor of the garlic was not as good as the texture. Don't get me wrong, I still love gummy bears, but I can't stand the taste of it when it's garlicky. suppose I like making garlic into a sandwich by cutting it into small pieces and savoring the snap and savoriness of the cloves. In my apartment complex, I will see if anyone might be interested in them. Please be clear about this. As such, I give it a 3 out of 5 star rating since I don't think the product is bad, just not for me. I say give it a try if you are adventurous and just love trying new things. If you like this kind of thing, you will probably enjoy this.
