Soy oil was used because it was inexpensive. There is no oil in a true ginger paste. This is high in low-cost soy oil, which is harmful to people who have hypothyroidism or allergies to soy. I squandered my money because the seller failed to include the Ingredients or even a photograph of that part of the bottle, and I assumed ginger paste meant ginger paste.
The freshness seal served as the first warning. It was sunken and misshapen, raising my suspicions that something was wrong. Then I noticed the brown crust on the jar's mouth, which was hidden beneath the screw cap. But, since it appeared to be on the outside, I decided to try it. It's vile and rancid. The date of expiration was 2023, but I'm not sure I believe it. I'm serious. That's how bad it was. br>br>On Amazon, you can find other, superior garlic dips. Instead, do yourself a favor and purchase one of them.
This is an incredible find. Because my daughter suffers from a severe Celiac disease, I prepare everything from scratch.
br>It arrived quickly. It has the flavor of garlic and is a smooth paste that does not stink.
I adore garlic, and this product has the strongest garlic flavor of any I've tried. This is something I would recommend.
Needless to say, it burst, leaving a huge, stinky mess in its wake. I pity the delivery person. He'll have to wait a long time to rid his truck of the stench.
There isn't a single flaw in it - In most of my recipes, I use a tablespoon.
I've recently become obsessed with curry cooking, and the sheer number of spices and ingredients involved has become a major source of stress in my cramped kitchen. I put some effort into constructing a large, pre-fabricated structure. I made a batch of all the dry spices so I wouldn't have to break out dozens of jars and measuring spoons every time I cooked, but that still left the garlic and ginger, which took a long time to prepare. br>br>Mitchell's Ginger Garlic Paste is not only much closer to fresh in texture and flavor than the mass-produced variety, but it also takes a lot less time to prepare. It not only combines the minced garlic and ginger options available at the grocery store, but it also does so in one step, reducing the number of ingredients I have to measure in my never-ending list of recipes. The pursuit of efficiency is never-ending. This product contains equal portions of ginger and garlic (37% each), which happens to be perfect for my curry needs. You can always make up the difference with off-cuts if your recipes require more of one than the other. the- Nobody needs to know if you use shelf mince or powder. 😁.
