The label does not specify where the black garlic is grown or fermented, however, most black garlic I have come across has been Florida is the place where the products are distributed, but the USDA has approved it. It is my hope that this helped.

You can use this product not only to make eating black garlic more convenient, but also to make it easier to prepare everyday meals. It has been my experience to purchase black garlic that must be peeled in the past. It was delicious, but I had a hard time peeling it and using it. You will like the taste and ease of use of this product. The thing I love about black garlic is that it does not smell like regular garlic.
There is something sweet and savory about it, as well as the garlic taste The taste is similar to fresh garlic, but not as good as fresh garlic. I have trouble digesting garlic, but fermented garlic doesn't bother me.
Adding the delicate garlic flavor adds a level of tasteful complexity to this whole process. It has been tested on everything so far. The book was fantastic, and I gave it to friends as a gift. Our shopping list is complete and ready for another purchase. A fermented substance. It should be stored in the refrigerator.
The convenience of using black garlic in any dish makes it easy to use. One thing I should point out is that I buy a clove puree that I prefer to a different brand where there are whole cloves.
We have opened. The day did not go well. There was a leak in the bottle and the seal has been broken. There are only a few months left until the expiration date. Still, I tasted it, and was quite disappointed to find that it had gone bad. It is not always about winning, it is also about losing.
It's important to me that black garlic taste good in my cooking, but dicing / mincing it has always been a hassle. The puree makes life much easier, and I have not noticed a difference in the taste of it.
I believe this is a great product, however, notice how quickly it evaporates and you need to take it very quickly.
