Christopher Ranch, Garlic Crushed Organic, 32 Ounce

Refined Soybean Oil, the second ingredient in this product, is a widely used oil in a variety of foods, and it is the first oil on Dr. Andrew Weil's list of oils to avoid (one of the few doctors on the internet with any credibility). BUYING THIS WAS MY FAULT. Also, there isn't a safety seal or a vacuum pop-up. There's no way of knowing if one has been opened because of the type cap. Because it's just Garlic, I think the Dried Garlic I've been buying tastes a lot better. Because of the soybean oil, this stuff tastes like junk food, which it is. This is a mass-produced item that will be sold in large quantities on Amazon to the general public. If you don't mind eating regular potato chips, this is fine.

Christopher Ranch Crushed Organic Garlic saves you a lot of time, effort, and aggravation. It has a strong garlic flavor. It goes a long way with just a little bit of it! I'm never using a garlic press again!.

Without a doubt, the most effective pre-event strategy. I've found that this is the most potent chopped garlic I've come across, and I use far less of it than I do with other organic brands to get the same garlicky flavor. Would highly recommend and purchase again.

I've been using this garlic, which I bought at my local supermarket, for many years. My local supermarket no longer carries this brand. Organic Garlic in a Plastic Jar is now available at the store. Plastic is something I try to avoid. On Amazon, I discovered my preferred garlic.
