Cloves I ordered this time are not the same as those I've purchased before. Although I haven't tasted both products enough to be able to make a true comparison, they appear to be the same. In my opinion, the older buds, from China, are much more convenient to use, but this crop is not grown in China, meaning they are healthier to use. There is a perceived inconsistency in the way farming is done in China, which worries We will be posting updates soon!.

I was skeptical when they said it was sweet, but it is, and it is similar to a paste. I chose this brand because it is Canadian sourced, and it is not imported from one of those countries that are infamous for having highly polluted The seller will continue to restock products for me.

You can buy black garlic if you like

You can actually benefit from black garlic, as it is sweet and healthy. Garlic is actually twice as good when you use it like this. Despite the fact that I make it, it takes a lot of time and can be very smelly. In light of the amount of time and other challenges involved in making it, the price isn't too bad.

This is not a large head of onion with many cloves individually wrapped, but a small pearl onion head. I will get this again!
