Even though I'm an adult, I need to be clean, and because I'm an adult, I'm not capable of returning it, so I'm not leaving it.
Large containers, excellent product, and a delectable taste!.
This is a fantastic product. It has a wonderful aroma.
The flavor of black garlic is good, but it's drier than other black garlic I've tried.
This is the entire garlic head. Separation is required on an individual basis. Black garlic is one of my favorite foods. I had no idea it existed until a recipe called for it a few years ago. It's not easy to come by, so I had to order it online, and I now have it in my home. It's akin to candy for me. Every time I pass a clove in my pantry, I take a bite. It's something I use in the kitchen as well. br>br>I'm not familiar with this type of black garlic. I've tried the garlic that has already been peeled and is ready to eat. I don't use it in a lot of recipes because I eat it first, and I've used black garlic where each clove is separated but still in the skin. I remove it from the skin and place it in my mouth. br>br>This garlic is available as a whole head. In a container, there are seven of them. How to easily separate the head: remove the outer skin, and each individual clove will easily pop out. br>br>When I open a single clove, it's not the same as when I use the pre-cut cloves. Individually peeled cloves vs. peeled cloves In both of those cases, the actual piece of garlic is much smaller. I've also realized that I need to be cautious when peeling them because a couple of them were smashed into the paper like layers. Getting them out is also more difficult. When I see them in the pantry, I'm going to pop them in my mouth. It will take more effort to finish these. br>br>Variation in flavor and texture- It has a softer texture than both the pre- and post-production versions. garlic cloves that have been peeled and peeled I'm eating a head of garlic that isn't quite as sweet as the individual garlic cloves I've tried. These have a little more bite to them. br>br>Having said that, I have consumed approximately 3 cloves while writing this review. They're a lot of fun for me. br>br>I use black garlic in two of my favorite recipes. Because I eat them whole, I didn't try them in a recipe. By chopping the black garlic and mixing it with mayonnaise, I make a cheater's aioli. I also make a fish with a black garlic sauce that is on par with what you'd find in a restaurant. br>br>I was undecided about whether to give it four or five stars. Because it's a good black garlic, I'm giving it five stars. For less than $9 each, you get two containers. Each container has seven heads. It's a good black garlic to use in the kitchen. I can still eat them, but it takes a little more effort. The actual garlic cloves are smaller than the ones I buy pre-cut, so I almost gave it four stars. Because each clove is already separated, they can be peeled or sold.
5oz Pack of 2 by APEXYbr>br>I'd never tried black garlic before, but it'd been on my to-try list for a while, and boy, was I missing out! Black garlic differs from regular garlic in that it is more flavorful. This product has the advantage of being reasonably priced, and each package (which is vacuum sealed but made of plastic) contains a substantial amount of garlic with a strong odor. The smell does come through once you open the package, even if the plastic container is sealed, FYI, and it is strong but not unpleasant (in my opinion). br>br>The garlic has a strong fermented, slightly sweet flavor that reminds me of soy sauce and Asian cuisine. The texture of this garlic is quite different from that of regular garlic. I still cut it up when stir-frying because it's a lot softer. It's not difficult to peel. The expiration date was listed as the first half of 2022, so it should last a while. br>br>Overall, I liked this product; it's not the highest quality black garlic, but it's cheap (you can't get black garlic for cheap in my area, it's just not a common product), and it tastes delicious – it'll add a flavor punch to any dish! I would strongly suggest it.
Black garlic is new to me, and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. There are two clear plastic containers filled with several black garlic bulbs in this picture. It's worth noting that they're not organic (though HALAL certification is a different story) and that the product is made in China. You can make whatever conclusions you want from that. Because the garlic has been aged and fermented, it will last longer than fresh garlic (my container's expiration date was July 2022). br>br>I took a head of garlic from it and opened it. It was incredibly soft, and the cloves were extremely sticky when I unwrapped them. They were damp and adhered to the skin's surface. When it comes to fresh garlic, I'm used to popping out slices, but these were a pain to get rid of - The black garlic remained stuck to my skin. br>br>Once I'd freed three gloves from their skin, I shoved them into my mouth. They're a lot sweeter than regular garlic and taste like date spread. However, I can see how they could be used as a paste or as a sauce ingredient. I didn't care for them when eaten by themselves. You can taste the garlic, but they're also a little too sweet for my taste. I'll stir fry them to see if it improves their nutritional value. br>br>All right, let's get started. For the novelty factor, it's fine, but I think I still prefer regular, fresh garlic. Furthermore, I prefer to purchase organically grown produce from my local area.
