"Sourced in Canada" is vague, with no indication of where the product was grown or processed. The trademark for "Orgnisulmte" is owned by "Xiaomei Zou," according to a Google search. Orgnisulmte has no information other than what they sell and where they sell it. I'm getting a strong whiff of CHINA. By looking at the bottom of the garlic, you can tell if it's from the United States (California) or China. It's Chinese if all of the roots have been removed, leaving a concave, clean spot. The Agriculture Department requires this. preventing the spread of soil-borne plant diseases in the United States California garlic is identified by the presence of roots. The Garlic Growers Association is a non-profit organization that promotes the cultivation of garlic. According to him, not a single grower in the United States cleans out the roots. Despite the fact that California is one of the most populous states in the United States, Chinese garlic is produced and exported to the United States, where it has been proven to be a more flavorful, fresher, and safer product. China is the largest supplier of garlic to the United States, and it is produced in such large quantities that it can be sold at a much lower price. br>I'm just not sure if this is a US or Canadian product based on the wording of their description.
No, it does not have a garlic odor or a prune flavor.
In this container, I estimate there are about 100 pieces of black garlic. They're delectable, well worth the money, and they're made in Canada.

I was skeptical when they said it was sweet, but it is, and it has the consistency of a paste. I chose this brand because it is made in Canada and not imported from one of the countries known for having high levels of dioxin in their soil and food. This is a seller I will continue to buy from.
I bought these after reading about the many advantages of black garlic. These have a delicious flavor to them, and I would rather eat them than candy. Black garlic has been shown in studies to lower markers of heart disease, such as total cholesterol, LDL (bad) cholesterol, and triglyceride levels in the blood. It has the potential to raise HDL (good) cholesterol levels as well. It's supposed to help control blood sugar levels, contain a lot of antioxidants to prevent cancer, and protect the brain. Black garlic was found to reduce beta amyloid-induced brain inflammation and even improve short-term memory in rats in one study.
I recently wrote a 5-star review of these peeled black garlic cloves after receiving my first batch. a 5-star rating I was so pleased with my purchase that the next day, I placed an order for a second cannister. I finally opened the second cannister ten days later (literally a few minutes ago). only to discover a ring of white MOLD around one of the cloves. Other than that, the cloves appear to be in good condition. I haven't eaten anything from this recently opened container, but because mold can only be seen once it has grown sufficiently, I'm throwing it out. At around the 11-minute mark in the photo, you can see the clove. o'clock is a position on the clock.
It actually multiplies all of the beneficial properties of garlic. It's something I make, but it takes a long time and can be quite smelly. When you consider the amount of time and other factors that went into creating it, this price isn't too bad.
This is the item I bought a couple of days ago. The texture is awful; the only texture that comes close is that of a gummy bear. The flavor is similar to that of a prune or raisin. It doesn't have the same amazing aged balsamic flavor that I've had in the past. I'm not sure what went wrong, but this black garlic isn't of good quality. I'm not going to buy anything else. However, they appear to be out of stock at the moment. Perhaps this is the reason.
It's fantastic; it arrived in perfect condition and has an incredible flavor. I'm not sure why they don't emphasize where it was grown and packaged (both) if it's grown in Canada!.
These cloves are not the same as the whole buds I previously purchased. Although they appear to be the same product, I haven't had enough to make an accurate comparison. The larger Chinese buds were easier to use, but they aren't grown in China, which I prefer. China's farming practices are said to be inconsistent, which worries me. br>br>Be on the lookout for updates!.
This product is fantastic. br>It tastes fantastic and it doesn't get any better than that.
