Over the years, I've tried other brands, but none of them have ever come close to the Gilroy brand, until now. I tried a search on Amazon and found Amish Wedding Hot and Sweet Pickled Garlic. I was frustrated by the high cost of having them ship their garlic to me, and I was disgusted by off-the-shelf products found in grocery stores. I got my jars in the mail the other day and wasted no time in trying them out. THEY HIT IT RIGHT ON THE MOUTH! BETTER THAN Gilroy, in fact! The seasonings' flavors complement the garlic to perfection. My purchase has made me so happy. You can count on me as a regular customer at Amish Weddings!.

Both flavors were good, though I think the Sweet and Hot would have been better if it wasn't so sweet. That is purely a matter of personal preference. I do like the flavor, so I'll give it a 5 star rating because I plan to buy it again.
So, my father's situation- Law made pickled garlic in oil, which was delicious but lacked flavor. The Amish hot garlic was delicious but not too spicy, and the regular garlic was sweet and tangy but still delicious. I would recommend this product and plan to buy it in the near future.
THE OTHER WAS EXACTLY AS I HAD EXPECTED. This is the first time I've tried this product, and I didn't care for the hot version because I thought the garlic flavor was drowned out by the heavy, spicy seasoning. Both had a crunch to them when chewing the garlic, but they were softer than others I've bought on Amazon. However, you get a lot of garlic for your money.
This brand, however, was one of the best I've ever had, and as a result; It is something I will subscribe to. I couldn't get enough of them and couldn't put them down. I couldn't stop myself from returning for more. To avoid eating them all in one sitting, I had to build up a strong resistance power.
Place the entire jar in a casserole dish and bake for 3 hours at 225 degrees. Thank me later if it takes longer than four hours. The only thing better than fresh garlic is garlic that has been roasted. My favorite is the sweet.
Although the spicy could have been a little hotter, these had a pleasant afterburn. The sweet was, well, sweet, but the garlic shone through. The garlic cloves were large and chewy. It's not mushy or soft. There would be a few garlic skins here and there, but nothing too bad. These were fantastic!.
