The mildness of the can I sampled was astounding. There was no heat that I could detect. But it was only one can that I tried.

I was surprised to find no information on the level of spice on the can, given that most green chiles are labeled mild, medium, or hot. I can see why now that I've used these. They don't even have any heat. They aren't exactly mild, in my opinion. They have no flavor at all, to be honest. I would not buy this product again.
The flavor of the fire roast is very noticeable. It's not a five-alarm fire, but it's very flavorful and tasty. I enjoy things that are extremely hot - However, for the vast majority of situations, this is the best option. With a little olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, and optional liquid smoke, we make turkey burgers. or combine with mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lime or lemon for a delicious green chile mayo, or add more liquid for a dipping sauce.
Finally, a green chili in a can that doesn't taste like it came out of a can. Thank you for a lovely product; larger cans and fire-roasted versions would be welcome additions.
I bought a couple of cans to use in a green chili rice casserole recipe, and these chilis had the best flavor of any I'd tried so far. The next time I work with that recipe, I'm going to look for this brand because it's mild but flavorful.
I threw them in with the rest of the ingredients in my chili. It was tasty, but it was a little watered down.
