I know they're made and distributed in Albuquerque because the label says so. I spent many years in Arizona and now reside on the East Coast. Other canned chilies are inedible to me. These, in my opinion, are genuine.
It's a shade of blue. The image on the can is accurate.
$24 is my price. The price of the item includes shipping. That is, in fact, my standard fee.

NOTHING- Hatch green chile, for example. THING. Trust me. I've lived in New Mexico near Hatch (Las Cruces, to be precise) and have traveled from West to East. This quickly became my go-to drug, and I now order it in bulk to ensure that I never run out. It's a good thing it's not illegal, because otherwise I'd be paving the road to Hell and exceeding the posted speed limit.
I'm not pleased with the fifth case of these chiles because seven of the twelve cans were dented. At $23 per case/$2/can, they cannot be returned. That's nearly $14 in garbage, and I'm not happy about it. I'm going to go back to Sprouts Market for these. Eating dented/blown canned foods, by the way, can make you very sick.
These chili peppers are far superior to the generic diced peppers I was using from my local grocer in terms of taste, texture, and blending in my three bean chili, and I will wait for the next delivery before substituting. I was skeptical of Amazon's many 5-star reviews, but now I'm on board! These are truly deserving of all exemplary reviews! It's delicious!.
From apple strudel to scrambled eggs, it's a staple in my kitchen. So delicious. I recently purchased a 'pallet,' which I thought was probably a bit excessive. In two weeks, I'd gone through the first pallet.
Nothing else compares to them! They used to fire roast them right there in the parking lot of the farmers market in Flagstaff, where I used to buy them fresh off the truck. For me, this is the best N has to offer right now. They do not let you down! Thank you so much for making these available to us.
For some strange reason, I haven't been able to find this product in a Wyoming grocery store for the past few months. br> I like to use these as a garnish for my chili.
Hatch Chilis are one of my favorite brands, and ordering them from Amazon was a breeze. However, now that supply issues have surfaced, I've discovered that purchasing this item at my local store is somewhat less expensive per can.
These are by far the best canned chilies I've ever tasted. They're so much better than the store brand I was using before. This is the only brand I will use from now on because it is very flavorful and I haven't found any tough stems like I did with the store brand.
