Green chiles similar to those found in New Mexico grocery stores. These are the best option for authentic New Mexican green chile if you're on the east coast, like we are, or anywhere else too far away to drive to New Mexico, unless you want to order next day air chiles when the harvest arrives and roast them yourself (I don't have that kind of time).
