I don't believe there is an Amazon-exclusive level of chili. This has a kick to it, but you can tone it down by adding salsa or sour cream. This is the most delicious green chili I've ever had!

I have to order green chile any way I can now that I am no longer in New Mexico. These are fantastic and far superior to any "green chile" available in most grocery stores. If you're missing green chile, these will satisfy your craving.
It has a lot of flavor. I guess I'd grown accustomed to the supermarket's dreadful canned chiles. I had forgotten how delicious authentic green chile is. br>br>Though the containers are small, they are jam-packed with information. So, while they are a little pricey, they are extremely convenient because they do not need to be refrigerated before opening. br>br>I will definitely purchase this item again.
They're ridiculously over-the-top. salted. br>br>It's still too salty, but it's only about a third as bad as the other brands. The chili is delicious, and it would be a five-star rating if it weren't for the salt, which is still bad but not as bad as the others. br>br>I'm not sure why anyone would want to salt this lovely, delicate Hatch green chili.
Green Chilis were fine!br>However, the packaging was inadequate, resulting in one container bursting open, allowing Green Chilies to cover the entire interior of the plastic mailer bag. Only five of the containers could be used. Items should have been shipped in a box rather than a plastic mailer bag for protection. br>It's a letdown!.
There's no need to drain the substance because it's perfect. Every enchilada, casserole, or soup/posole dish I've made with it has turned out perfectly! It's wonderful to come across a fresh New Mexico Green Chile.
I'm really pleased with my purchase, and I grew up in New Mexico, so I'm used to good green chili and know what I'm talking about. This green chili is top-notch but not overpoweringly hot, making it ideal for omelettes, green chili stew, and enchiladas. I rate it as a five-star product.
