Is it possible to thaw it out again? Separate into serving sizes if possible. ?

It's not something I'd thaw again. Because I'm from New Mexico and have a lot of experience with green chile, I'm afraid it'll change the flavor and make it hotter. My advice is to take it out of the freezer while it's still frozen. Cut the frozen product into the sizes you want with a bread knife or a large knife with a serrated edge, then return it to the freezer. Surprisingly, it'll be relatively simple to cut.

I'm from New Mexico, but now live in California, so this will come in handy until the new crop arrives. It has a great flavor and is spicy and flavorful. My package arrived completely frozen. For years, Bueno has sold Chile in New Mexico! Thank you very much!.

It was not frozen when it arrived

Have you ever spent $28 on shipping only to have it take 6 days to arrive? Expedited shipping was nearly $100, and it was not worth it. Because the product was not frozen when it arrived, we were unable to freeze it. If you intend to use it right away, only buy it.

watery, lacking in flavor, containing skin fragments, and requiring sorting I didn't buy this in bulk, thank goodness, but I did buy three 13Oz tubs, and all three of them have large pieces of hardened skin throughout the containers; the smaller pieces are more difficult to pick out, but there are fewer of them

So I have to go through these for anything I use them for, and the flavor isn't great - Although they are spicy, a regular jalapeno has more flavor and heat than these watery chopped peppers. They look the part, but they don't taste the part. I'm really disappointed because I thought I had the solution to my minor issue that arises every now and then when it's not in season. I suppose it's possible I got a bad batch, but I'd expect some sort of quality control.
