Yes, I don't recommend the product in either case; instead, check out Costco's fully cooked bacon, which is 50 slices for $12 and far superior to this.
Yes!
The purchase was not worthwhile. It comes in a pack of 6 slices and tastes like overcooked bacon.

a total of eleven slices This is a small package. Banquet Brown & Serve Sausages are a good example of this. I see that 6 for $4 is a good deal. This is something I will never buy again. I squandered my cash by purchasing two of them.
But it's not cheap. Bacon is superb. I wouldn't call it "fully cooked" unless the bacon is fully cooked while still raw, floppy, and fatty. With that said, all you have to do is cook it in the microwave for about a minute and it will be PERFECT; it will cook differently in different microwaves, but it will be very consistent, crispy, and thin. When it's on sale, I buy it. It's more of a treat or an add-on because it's quite expensive at full price. It's great in a club sandwich with leftover chicken or in a tortilla for a snack. It's what I'd call "Accent Bacon. " It'll be delicious, but it won't be crispy right out of the package.
However, when backpacking, the flavor of this bacon is well worth the price in exchange for the ability to eat bacon for breakfast. I'll start bringing it with me on road trips when I don't have time to stop at a diner for breakfast because it doesn't need to be refrigerated, so you can store it safely in the cabinet and grab a few packs when you're ready to go. It is not necessary to re-write the text. If you have a stove on the trail or a microwave in your motel room, it's worth it.
When I take my granddaughter to school in the mornings, she insists on taking "this bacon" with her. "Granny, this is the best bacon I've ever had," she said. br>She may be four years old, but she has good taste.
I can just take a slice out of the freezer and nuke it for 15 seconds until it's ready for a burger or BLT. Precooked bacon had never occurred to me as a viable option. You eat less at a time because it's more practical to eat a small portion rather than 4/5 slices because the pan is dirty. Regardless, it's a shambles.
I usually purchase microwave bacon from a different manufacturer. However, because it was not available on Amazon Fresh, I went with this option. It was a major letdown. Inside the box, it comes in two packages, stacked in tiny strips on top of each other. It's supposed to be cooked. However, it appears to be a little flimsy. The pieces cling to each other. While it was acceptable for use in turnip green recipes, it was not acceptable for use in other applications. It's not something I'd recommend for daily consumption. Precooked bacon comes at a reasonable price. However, if I had to choose between this and raw, I would choose raw.
What is the best way to improve bacon? You make it happen more quickly! This recipe is easy to make and delicious! By the time you scramble two eggs, your bacon will be crispy and ready in the microwave. br>Giving this product away is the only way to improve it. Short of that, it's a bacon dinner for the winner!.
It's good, but it's a lot of money for what you get.
