That's what I believe, but honestly, it was the worst bacon I have ever tasted. This is a flavorless meal!
The products are all fresh because they make sure it is. Mine lasted no more than two days, and it was good for two weeks.

A very poor job has been done on cutting this bacon. As soon as you separate the slices, they virtually crumble, and after they have been fried, they shrink to practically nothing. The next time I'm on a budget, I won't buy bacon.
There is a lot of fat and it cooks in an uneven manner. My experience with this bacon was probably the worst I've ever had. In the first place, it had an uneven cut and therefore could not be evenly cooked. It was burned half of the time and it was raw on the other half. Normally bacon doesn't burn in the microwave, but this one did! The most important thing was that it all had There is almost no meat left. It was necessary to pick out the meaty parts and throw away the rest. It has NEVER been my intention to buy it again, and I am utterly amazed at how many positive reviews it has. I find it absolutely amazing how many people have no standards at all.
You can use this method if you prefer your bacon to be mostly fat. While I cannot really attribute this to the brand, I feel bad about it. There are things about quarantine restrictions that are especially frustrating, like not being able to poke all the fruit and sort through all the bacon. I may have a different preference when it comes to bacon fat than my delivery person does.
As someone who has bought Oscar Mayer and Kroger's (Ralph's, Food4Less etc) "Private Selection", I have information on what center cut looks like, however. In my experience, uncured bacon usually comes at a higher price, and regular bacon is a bit too salty for my taste. What I noticed right away was that it didn't smoke as badly while frying, which is a plus and makes me want to buy it This bacon has a much better flavor than any other I've tried. It arrived pink, and I loved the flavor better than any others. Ketosis is not for everybody, so if this bacon seems too fatty to you, then you may not be following It might be best if you bought Canadian bacon instead. It would be nice to see some improvements to the packaging. When I struggled to cut it open, I had to put the rest of the bacon in a plastic bag on The overall picture is positive. There will be no doubt about it -- I love this bacon.
There is no problem with the lower sodium There was no flavor from the get-go. The bacon was very fatty, as others have also mentioned, and the fat to meat ratio was poor. It was so hard for me to finish that I gave up. I am very disappointed.
All but one of them were discolored. There were three packages in my order. The one that came discolored was the only one. Upon opening two of the other boxes, I found the packaging to be It's 98 percent fat and there is hardly any meat on it. The attached pictures show the details.
It was only the part you could see and not covered that I think it's pretty clear from the appearance that it's the other way around The percentage of fat increases as the cut goes, so there is the most fat under the label and a least near the back window, so that is also misleading. half of it A view of the bacon from the side).
Neither the taste nor the texture of this bacon appealed to me. I was unable to crisp it up.
