Buns are made from buns. Lettuce is not. Buns are made from buns. Lettuce is not. Celiacs who are trying to stick to a low carb diet miss the simple things like My burgers would be so much better if they came in a bun. What's the difference between this and That's no good. Do these come at a low price? I don't believe so. However, they have a lot of flavor for being low carb *and* gluten free. The only problem I have is that I have to lightly toast mine before use, and I dislike the price a little, but I really appreciate eating an entire burger I've got Bun and everything.
This has a strange sandy texture that makes it difficult to like. Why isn't clear to me. The same as when sand gets into your food when you're at the beach. Aside from that, everything is fine. It is a vehicle to transport burgers.
It was really exciting for me to try this "Keto" bread, but as it turned out, the flavor was not very appreciated.
We ate this bread because it was spongy and expensive. Although I don't like the texture, I can live with it.

It tastes awful and tastes like rancid oil. My USPS package arrived warm and the instructions on the label say to keep them frozen I kept them in the fridge. It is probably because they contain largely seeds that need to remain cold when delivered that they taste so rancid when they arrive. Although I received a different product than the one listed and advertised, I have no choice but to keep the 3 I bought because of the unreasonable "no returns" policy of the seller. Anyone interested in trying an unbun product should go right to the unbun website and order from them, so you'll get the right product in a cooler and you won't need to worry about them getting The seller is a scam and you won't get your money back. Don't waste your time or money with her.
They are actually quite tasty (after being keto for a couple of years now). To make them even better, I like to cut them in half and bake them a bit so that they toast up. My personal opinion is that they're too expensive, therefore I won't be buying them again, but if money is not an issue, then I think they're an excellent choice.
The taste is good, but the price is a bit steep. My recommendation is to try it!.
they will work if you leave them on the counter for a while to defrost. The taste is good but the price is on the higher side for keto bread/buns. If they were flatter, then they would toast and defrost nicely. The inside of the muffin is still frozen when I cut them in half and toast them as they are.
