This does not seem to be the case. Items not listed on the packaging are not listed on the packaging. A big thumbs up from us.

What is the best way to wrap the present? The actual chorizo is not tightly sealed in the plastic wrapper, although it does look like it once had been vacuum sealed. ?

was born in Cuba and these chorizos are the best I have ever tasted. Three times I placed an order for them. Keep them in a zip lock bag after you have removed them from the plastic The chorizo here is not Mexican, these are the type to cook with bean soups, or eat plain. For me, they're the type to eat without adding other ingredients. This combination also works well in Spanish omelettes.

I am interested in using it in my paella. Does it get soft when cooked? What's the best place to put it in? The beginning or ?

As a part of my paella, I added it. It does become softer after a while. Additionally, it is great in its own right. Whenever I cook my Paella, I start by cooking the chorizo in the pan, which adds a lot of flavor.

It's suspicious that all of the reviews are five stars
3/5

The 120 television channels I receive offer very little programming, so I tend to watch cooking shows from time to time.
During an episode of Jacques Pepin, the chef prepared a dish with Chorizo and mentioned how he had enjoyed the sausage as It was the first time I had had Chorizo, so I thought that I should give it a go after watching Jacques. Because I couldn't locate any nearby places that sell Chorizo, I checked Amazon before choosing Espuna Mild Chorizo based on customer reviews. Once I received the Chorizo, I placed it in the refrigerator and forgot about it until today, when I caught sight of it on an open On opening the package, I noticed that it was a bit "greasy", but I figured that maybe that is how it should be, as I had no experience with this type of product. A faint sort of musty smell was also apparent. It is still valid for five more months, as I checked the expiration date. Due to the dry processing, maybe it has a bit of a musty smell. When I tasted the Chorizo, I felt there was no taste at all. It had the texture of a gas station Slim Jim with no taste. (Please note I do not consider Slim Jims to have a great flavor and in fact, have not enjoyed one for 35 years, but it is a good representation of In spite of trying a couple of more slices of the Chorizo, there was virtually no taste.

I I probably should have chosen a fiercer version, but I am not planning to conduct a trial and error test of this product given the price.

This chorizo is NOT from Spain, and it does not have the same taste as the chorizo I know from My first reaction was to wonder if the product was bad
3/5

I cut open the packaging, and there was obvious decay. No, it was merely a bad smell. (Yes, I realize it is mild, but it does not taste very good. ) As I sat down to eat, I found out why I had never tried Originally from New York, it's produced there. Here are some product details that are shown in the attached photo. It seems to be related to something The company doesn't want to let Amazon shoppers know about it. We offer a much better tasting American brand at a much lower price Johnsonville is a brand of chorizo made in the United States.

Are there any Paella enthusiasts out there? Even though I don't do a lot of ethnic food when I cook, I always make it right when I do
5/5

I am very meticulous when I make paella, so before I serve it, I make sure it is exactly as it should be. My order this time was everything from Spain - for the first time I've ordered everything here from Spain You will love a spanish dish, you can get the good stuff from Spain My understanding is that this is correct. In the past two times I've made it, I have tried to find the right chorizo and have found it to be wrong each time. The following major misses were made It took me a long time to browse all of the pages Amazon offered (I went through rice, saffron, chorizo, while even getting a new paella pan since mine just recently committed suicide. The cast iron one I got from Lodge is fantastic It was such a rush as I was going through the motions and realized the real kicker was the chorizo! As if the lobster and shrimp had found the perfect play mate (it was mild and almost sweet). The dish I prepared was by far the best I had made. Even though he suffered with the other attempts, my husband could not resist He wasn't breathing between bites so I was unsure of even whether he was doing so In addition to the mild version, they also have hot versions, but i like to stick to the same flavors. It is not at all light or mild to think of it that way. A lot of flavor was found in it and it was a decent match with lobsters, shrimps, The food was fine later that night after my husband ate it cold out of the fridge. I've never seen anyone eat it cold out of the fridge before. Yes, it was a chorizo dinner winner!.

Tapas are perfect for this
5/5

As part of our appetizer menu, we serve chorizo sliced. There is no better way to enjoy the authentic Spanish seasoning than with it. This is a great product, but I would like to emphasize there are several types of Chorizo you can purchase, and they are not all I can tell from the quality of the chorizo that it was made with quality meat. Neither the textures nor the fat content are unpalatable, and it is not overly spiced. Some of our friends, who have never enjoyed chorizo in the past, find this product to be an enjoyable experience.

This Chorizo is made in the United States and is excellent
5/5

Chorizo is one of my favorite foods. The variety of Spanish chorizo in many styles is probably endless. The taste of this Chorizo made in the US is very similar to what you can It goes with many different foods as it complements rather than overpowers, as this is a mild version of the sauce. I am eager to try their hotter version and compare it with the Palacios brand that I also tried and When it comes to chorizo, this one is mild and won't burn your mouth.

The one I always keep on standby is always at the ready! In my cooking with lentils and chorizo (lentils with chorizo), I use this method I like the way it tastes and how well it holds together when I cook it
5/5

This spicy one is no longer available - I liked it - When I used to make a spicy/mild mix, I used half a teaspoon of each. It's been a long time since I've used Jamón Prive, but I'm looking forward to it! As a result, I do not miss my home in Málaga too much and I receive their products promptly in good condition.

You won't be disappointed with this flavor! It was difficult for me to find this product locally, so when I ordered it online I was very impressed with it
5/5

Using it in a Keto recipe turned out to be wonderful. In sharing the recipe with friends, it was also well received and I would definitely make it again! There is a lot of flavor in this! For the second time in a row, I've had this delivered. This is the first and last customer I will ever have! If you have not tried this already, I suggest you do so. The sauce can be used in a large range of recipes and it's keto.

Product of great quality

Ordered this when I couldn't find a Spanish chorizo in my local stores when I needed to make a paella. both the taste and texture were very similar to what I expected. Despite a few minor hiccups, it turned out well.
