Thus, I can say it is an amazing charcuterie or snack alternative that is delightful and incredibly tasty. You may think it is a bit pricey, but if you like figs and are looking for something different, then it is worth the price.

I couldn't tell it from the taste. This is sweet, but not as if it were salami at all. Since we are vegan, we eat vegan food I hate it, though. I hate it.

These were in a store called World Market. It was a whim that I took it. I found it to be quite enjoyable. The reviewer in the other review used common sense to assume it would be a fig log shaped like salami, but the other reviewer assumed it would be savory salami as well. This would be a wonderful addition to a charcuterie board. I'd buy it.

We do not eat pork, so this salami was appreciated since it provided an alternative. Though a bit sweet from the figs, this salami tastes great on a charcuterie board.

It is impossible to describe this collection of disparate flavors and textures as anything other than edible. I bought it at the local super market on a whim, intrigued by the This mess was a total mistake on my part! One bite was taken by my wife, and she asked if I wanted to keep it or throw it away. As soon as I heard "toss," I immediately opted to go with it. There is nothing like it (I almost said salami) that I have ever experienced. This makes me wonder if anyone giving this disaster a thumbs up possessed any sense of taste or objectivity.
