My situation was similar to this. The tasty bag was the one I received, whereas the unflavorful bag was the one I received. Upon visiting the Amazon website, I saw that there was a "Returns & Refunds" section You can place an order at the top right of the page. A few options are there. My customer service experience with Amazon was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the credit I received In response to my request, they agreed to have me throw away the bag of Sopressata that was bad.

Even if it looks good, this stuff is literally tasteless, so save your money and buy some good quality Genoa Salami at your local deli for half the price. I offered some of mine to the raccoons and possums, and even they refused!.
My order was delivered as promised, but the sopressata wasn't as red as it appeared in the picture or like other merchants' sopressata. There is also a smell to it. However, I don't know what else to do with it. I hate throwing it away (but haven't done so yet, hoping it'll come back to me every few days) but I don't know what else to do. The internet is not the place where I will order products like this.
When I opened the sealed package, I noticed the salami had green spots, so I opened it to check it out. Rotten to the core.
My grandson and I are going to make pepperoni pizza with this. could not buy pepperoni at the store that was free of junk. Though the quantity was way too much for what I needed, the price was very reasonable, especially for an all-natural product. I did not make pizza with the product. A pound of the stuff had me wondering what I might do with it. Although pepperoni is one of my least favorite foods, I like it. The pepperoni I've eaten has never been great. I can't get enough of this stuff! I like that this is also low carb - it fits into my keto / low carb lifestyle perfectly. The sharp cheddar cheese that I had with it today was fantastic. There is nothing better than this. They seem to have a wide variety of meats, so I'm going to try one of those next. This book is highly.
There is obvious air inside my package, as it arrived with lots of bubbles. There is a funny smell to the product, and it is a dark brown color. You will be unable to return it, so I guess that leaves just one option. Avoid this stuff, and in addition, based on my experiences with many of the foods on Amazon that arrive with damaged containers, stay away from much of the canned goods, items in jars, or dark brown product that looks like.
There was a gray hue to the product. There must be a full refund for me! It is definitely not worth the time and money to.
Due to the fact that the product arrived open in the box, I'm unable to comment on its quality. There was oil leakage in the shipping package due to the pepperoni.
