Because I work in Italy regularly as part of my research, I have grown accustomed to finding Nduja at affordable prices with great flavor
5/5

My review is written as an individual born and raised in the Mediterranean and now living in the United States as an adult immigrant. Since I routinely visit Italy in the course of my research, I've come to expect to find Nduja at a reasonable price with great As this country refuses us the right to bring pork products back, I have been on the hunt for a US based supplier for the past few months. It is admittedly more expensive than I would typically pay at my local supermarket (when I am used to purchasing this), but I think this is affordable for the average US consumer The German-made product is similar to the original Italian product. As far as I can tell, this is a terrific product - aside from some of the casing used (the original Nduja is stored in stomachs) and the price. The flavor is right and these folks are the only ones carrying out this type of culinary heritage well. I am satisfied with the product as a whole.

Wow, those are some smashed cold cuts
3/5

Salami that is easy to spread and spicy? Easy Cheese is a similar idea. I am new to running so here are my first few notes Nduja is one of the few things I'm unsure how to make. I think they put a soft cured salami in casings through a Cuisinart to make it into this one. They're pretty crunchy at the ends and the casings are spread out throughout the meat. Easy to chew. It really is a waste of time.

A real taste enhancer that makes a meal both rich and flavorful
5/5

An amazing food that is fun, different, and interesting. The addition of it can be a good addition to appetizers, homemade pizza, and as an additional ingredient to a few of A meal becomes more flavorful and interesting when it has a nice amount of cream. As part of the inquiry regarding best storage practices and expiration dates, we contacted the manufacturers, and were told I can't understand. The original casing should be kept as complete as possible. Use it to wrap the end that faces the open air. - Ensure only what is needed is scooped or sliced - If the air darkens, it may be because of pollution I must mention*br You should refrigerate*br- The item has a shelf life of about 6 months.

I became addicted to Nduja after I saw it sold at a local gourmet market
3/5

Having lost it, we had to find a new source and that is what we found in This product tastes very similar to the Nduja we tried previously, one from La Quercia, although the fat content of this version was much higher. A lot of it looks like highly spiced pork fat and seems to have very little meat in it. In the La Quercia version, it is more meaty yet still spreadable, as well as having more substance.

Spicy spread with a tasty flavor
5/5

If you like spicy foods, this spread makes a great partner for crackers and crostini. The pepperoni is a spicy spreadable pepperoni (I'm making reference to A pepper). Although spreadable salami is what the name calls, spreadable pepperoni is more accurate. Until it reaches room temperature, I keep it refrigerated, but then let it warm to room temperature before spreading. It would be easy to become addicted to it if it weren't so expensive.

Take a chance on it multiple times since the taste will grow on you over time
5/5

There is no need for me to do this. This is definitely different than I was expecting, because as I expected it to taste more like salami, I really liked it. But I do understand why not everyone likes it. We were satisfied with the quality of the product. For a nice recipe that I really enjoyed for frying an egg in nduja instead of butter, search for Nduja egg toast by pasta grammar.

I enjoyed this sausage a lot
5/5

Wrapped in plastic as shown, they are easy to spread cold, though letting them sit at room temperature for some time will improve their spreading abilities. Despite its spicy flavor, the bacon sausage itself is a nice, cheesy, smoky taste. The second time I used it was on pizza, spread with the tomato sauce, but it was also great on pasta The sausage only requires one or two ounces of it to flavor an entire pizza or pasta, which is good since it is moderately fatty (since it can be spread). Sausage is a flavor and texture that can't be beat, adding that unique flavor and texture to this meal.

That is a nice accent to the food
5/5

Then I melted some nduja in my toaster oven and spread it on some savory French pastry I love it! There was a little kick and texture to it, and I would consider the flavor to be consistent. It does not seem excessively expensive if you take into account that just a spoonful or two is all that is necessary to dress up a basic item (toasted bread, eggs, veggies, etc. ). The next time I buy will definitely be this one.
