The number and size of ice packs we use are determined by the destination of the product. We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that orders arrive the same week they are shipped, ensuring that the product arrives in good condition. It's best to track your package so you get it on the day it's supposed to arrive. Thank you very much!

Because this is a natural cheese, it will melt; I don't think the heat from the gravy will completely melt it, but it will soften and melt some.
