One pack of white cheese curd was in my cart and two of yellow curds were in my cart. First, I've never had a cheese curd that I didn't like. This has been the case up until now. There are a lot of problems with the yellow curds. They are too salty, too soft, and do not squeak when eaten. Compared to the white, the white is more solid, has fewer squeaks, and a less salty taste.
