A cheese made with cheddar
My research led me to believe that although I have never eaten dry cottage cheese, I am familiar with it. Unlike cottage cheese that is made with milk and cream, dry cottage cheese does not contain milk or cream. It is an interrupted step in the making of block cheese to make cheese curds. It seems that these curds are somewhat large. "75" and up 25" in length. Squishy, delicious and perfect for finger food, these tasty delicacies are very squishy.
I have ordered cheese curds from your company several times and they have always arrived cold and properly packaged.
I am not aware of anyone from Quebec having While I have eaten poutine in Montreal a few times, I am unable to comment on the quality of the cheese (there are so many other items added to the overall experience).

This is something we love. These have been the best curds that I have found after searching for two years these squeak and melt just right we are now on our third order from theses people and they come with an ice pack in the summer still great!.
Then and now. For me, it is the first and only time I have ordered fresh food online. At the time, I was a bit scared. There was no way it could arrive and not I was supposed to give it to my boyfriend as a present. Poutine is one of his favorite foods since he spent a few years in Canada and misses some of their more fatty foods. Since my mother lives in Florida, I doubted for a moment that cheese from the north would make it here in time. However, I also had no choice if I was going to make poutine correctly. In this part of the country, we cannot get cheese curds. the package in two or three days (much quicker than I had anticipated). The package was still cold and wrapped really tightly in plastic. A bag and a purse. So I could determine whether or not I needed a back up when I made the poutine, I opened a bag It squeaked as it was being put up! The curds are good when they hold their shape like that. My favorite part was the food! If you are missing home or need to prepare a dish, these are definitely something you should consider.
You have done a great job on these. (There is quite a bit of shipping cost involved) We kind of splurged on them. However, if you get more than one package at a time, there will be no charge for shipping! The curds of cheese freeze well, too.
So I gave Eichten's a try since they looked reasonable. A couple of days later, a package that had been insulated and chilled showed up on my front porch, and I couldn't be more thrilled. This was my first time at the cafe, so I treated my southern friends to a taste. The family has tried sending them, like they do with lefsa and other treats, but Echten's has been the best so far. Thanks for your great service and quality.

Delicious cheese and it arrived on time. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the shipping price. Thankfully I found a different brand to buy in my local area that I enjoy as much as this.
In the course of a travel job to Montreal, I became addicted to squeeky cheese that was served at a barbecue party. Poutin is made with the same curds. Fortunately, I have found a company that produces high quality products.
I haven't seen cheese curds like these in a long time. The treats I got were extremely dry and crumbly, and I was so hoping for something authentic. There is no "squeek" to them at all. In light of the fact that I paid over $15 for this product. My feeling is that I was ripped off by only having to pay $00 for shipping.
There's too much salt in this! The cost of shipping is high!.
