Please forgive me if I cannot give you an exact figure for how many individual cheese curds there It is because the size varies from curd to curd. Some of them are close together and others are small. The weight determines the amount of food we need. Can these be deep fried already? I apologize for my ignorance but I would like to know if they come already fried. Is there anything you'd like to add to the batter? Which deep fryer is best for deep frying?

I would like to let you know that our curds are fresh. To freeze them, they need to be battered and then The best deep-frying results are obtained from frozen ones. Peg @ Cheesers thanks you so much!

There's nothing very squeaky about this cheese

A group of my friends are from Wisconsin and they love squeaky Due to their new location, they aren't able to access As a result, I order these cheese curds about once a month for them as a treat. Their rave about the quality of the curds and how yummy they are. The first thing they do when they open them is to munch on them. Their website says they are fresh all the time. In the past, I have only ordered from Cheeses, and I will only order from Cheeses going forward. It does cost me a little more for expedited shipping, but I find it to be worth it. The last order I placed went out on Friday, and it was delivered the next day, on My wife and I both like them, but I only get a bag while they get a bag each. Their family also hails from Wisconsin, so they share them with them.

Since they lack the chewy "squeaky" texture of true cheese curds, they are not cheese curds in any way. All they are is chopped up cheddar cheese, and as far as I can tell not very good cheddar. My disappointment is great!.

I eat cheese like this at home because it tastes so good. The cheese curd reminded me of home, it was delivered overnight and packed on ice! I will buy it again! I grew up on a dairy farm in northern New York State, and we had cheese curd a lot going back to those days.
