The problem is. Then read on! Just like it says it does, the product works great. My only problem is that the second TV doesn't turn on when I first turn it on. While watching your first TV and turning on your second, when the first TV is on, the picture will cut out until the second TV has finished loading. Besides that, the product works as advertised, the sound is clear and the picture is good. However, I must give the game four out of five stars due to this small glitch.

Straightforward one HDMI input to two HDMI outputs at the same time. It does what it needs to do, and it I am, however, going to point out a few things to be aware of and why I lowered its rating by 1*
Support your state/province. Plugging in the power supply comes after you have plugged in all your HDMI devices. Equipment can be damaged if it is not handled properly. This will work if it is just something you're going to hook up and leave. If you let multiple people use it plugging in and unplugging things at random, will it work? That's not a wise move. There is a little slip of paper tucked away in the bottom of the box that notes this. 2.

Devices that convert signals are not liked by the splitter. What about HDMI to DVI, HDMI to VGA, or HDMI to Displayport? That's not a good idea. Plugging anything into the HDMI port MUST be done natively, or else no signal will be sent, even if the box says there is a cable.

It's definitely worth buying, but I have a problem with the clutter. I had to connect 3 HDMI cables, and the splitter had a corded power supply. Additionally, if you were also going to use an Elgato to capture video, there was even more cord clutter involved. The only downside to this is that the splitter needs to be powered through an outlet, so be mindful of that if you decide to get one.

By using this tool, I was able to connect two monitors to my laptop and use Windows to divide open windows across both displays. The signal is simply mirrored from one source out to the other. My cable box is now used to mirror the screen to a second TV in the next room so I can divide the signal from my cable box. It works well, is compact, and has a modest profile. For this application you'll need an app on your phone or tablet to remotely control the cable box (using wireless) or you'll need to use the remote supplied by your cable provider to control the box. I bought this product a few months ago and it worked well for a few months, then suddenly I began to hear sound randomly intermittently on the devices that were connected to it. As I read reviews, I expected there to be a delay and a black screen momentarily There was no obvious connection between this sound issue and switching devices, as it appears to occur without any change in input. I can get the sound to come back for a short while if I unplug and reconnect the splitter after about 20 minutes or so, it stops working. As a result, I had to bypass the splitter to preserve functionality for at least one TV. My current problem is that I need a replacement right now. I suppose what you pay for is what you get.

With this device, I was able to bypass HCDP on my PlayStation 4 without hesitation, and that was my primary purpose for buying it. A HD-capable device This device allowed me to live stream games from a PS3 to a capture card, which then broadcasts them to Twitch without breaking I was able to play Blu-rays with it Likewise, I have my capture card ready to accept Blu-Ray discs. As such, it achieved the end result I was looking for. It seems that this new monitor is compatible with digital video as opposed to my old HP2335 monitor, which could only accept components from my PS3. Eventually, I am going to use it for color proofing like intended and do a double monitor. It is my opinion that I should have the freedom to use the devices I own in whatever way I see fit. There is no product like this on the market.
