Anik F3, which is in the FSS Ku band, it won't pick up well because this receiver is designed for linear only in the FSS portion of the band. It does work a bit with a large enough dish but it comes in weak as a result of that.

My first one was bought nearly 15 years ago and will remain in use for years to come. After a while, it starts to look pretty worn out, so I bought another one to have as a backup. A good LNB on the market is one that has maximum versatility.
A company that carried this in the United States would ship it to Canada, which was much appreciated. There seems to be a consensus that this is no longer offered in Canada. Regardless of the satellite you point it at, this kit allows a dish to communicate with it. The unit can be used with either linear or circular satellites.
It works great and ships fast, what more can you ask for.
It is my second time taking the QPH The Local Number is 011. There are circular and linear versions of these that work beautifully. Satellite reception has been made very easy with the multiple outputs of this lnb.
It started losing power after less then 3 months, so I took it off and put my old lnb back on. If you have a dish network, you probably should stick with those, mine did not work even with correct settings. Bottom line, not worth the money at all.
