br>I did everything by the book, following the instructions step by step, pairing them before mounting them, and so on. Then, all of a sudden, one camera gave up on me, followed by another. so. I'm at a loss for words. br>I'm always skeptical when it comes to buying electronics and read every review thoroughly, which is why I decided to buy it in the first place, but mine most likely just had a few faulty cameras. br> I just wanted to make sure that everyone was aware of the situation. It may or may not be successful. br>NEW ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - br>After two days of attempting to speak with someone - in the capacity of a customer service representative They instructed me to take a few steps in order to troubleshoot the problem. The troubleshooting "steps" were obviously the same ones I'd already gone through several times before contacting them. They just gave up on me after I told them I had tried everything and it still didn't work.
Yes. They gave up on me, dropped me like a hot potato, and simply stopped contacting me to see if there was anything else they could try. br>I requested two replacement cameras, intending to send the two that are defective, and it appears that they would do anything to avoid sending me replacements. This is how they back up their OWN product. br>I just thought I'd share that with anyone who happens to be reading this.

One of the cameras in the system stopped working right away when I first got it. I double-checked everything and then contacted the seller three times before getting a response telling me it was my problem, not theirs. I had a spare camera that I wasn't using, so I put it in place of the broken one, and it worked perfectly. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. Yes, it was a defective camera for which they offered no assistance or replacement. They don't give a damn about the customer or whether or not their system works or is defective! It's just a money grab, and if they do respond, they'll blame it on you. I've had the system for just over a year and today is the first day I've used it. Two more cameras have stopped working and have been turned off. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM OR FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL! THIS THING IS COMPLETE JUNK AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME! YOU WILL RECEIVE NO HELP, SUPPORT, OR COMMUNICATION, and yes, they were correct; it was my fault for purchasing this system and dealing with these horrible losers who are stealing people's money with the junk they know about and continue to sell!.

  Cameras with HD resolution and a high-resolution display. Loop recording is available, with a storage capacity of 1TB, so videos should be available locally for several weeks. The system can be viewed and controlled from anywhere using a mobile app that connects via QR code. Works over long distances inside and outside the house, without requiring a cable connection to the internet; however, in order to use the app, a cable connection to the NVR device is required. Cameras are always connected to the internet via a wireless connection. Simple plug-and-play, but only in close proximity to the camera location. I've been pleased with the system thus far, and I'll update this review if anything changes. More information can be found in my brief video.

All I needed was a surveillance system that could monitor, record, and playback video. It is not stated in the description that you must be connected to the internet in order to use all of the system's features. We don't have access to smartphones. I tried calling the phone number for technical support. The person on the other end of the line answered in Chinese. When I e- I emailed them, explaining that all I wanted to do was monitor, record, and playback, and that I didn't want to connect to the internet. I wasn't told I needed to connect to the internet, and there was a lot of back and forth. If you need to keep track of your cameras while traveling across the country or around the world, this system is fantastic. It will be returned to me. Please credit my account once you've received it. By the way, I'm being charged to return it because I don't have a smartphone with which to obtain a return label. Thank- Frank, it's you.

Update 2: I've been back and forth with customer service; I keep responding to emails, but they keep insisting on doing more work, even though I've already completed it. In the end, they do not pay attention. I'd like to see them repaired or replaced. I bought a new camera, and it works perfectly. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I'VE HAD TWO CAMERAS STOP WORKING IN THE SPACE OF EIGHT MONTHS. I'VE EMAILED THEIR SUPPORT, AND WE'LL SEE IF THEY ARE ABLE TO REPLACE OR REPAIR MY TWO. br>br>I had an issue with one of the cameras not working all of the time, but after texting back and forth with Alisa from Anran Security, we were able to figure out that the camera was not working properly, and she sent a new one out, which solved the problem. My wife and I feel safer knowing that we can check the outside of our house by pulling up the system on our phones. Alisa, I appreciate your help. When contacting them, keep in mind that there is a time difference, but they will respond to your texts.

It produced good images both day and night right out of the box. When I attempted to set up my account and configure the screen on the NVR/monitor, I ran into problems. The mouse was plugged into the NVR USB port, but the cursor would not appear, despite my attempts to move it around the screen. I contacted customer service, who walked me through some camera testing, which all appeared to be in order, as well as unplugging and reconnecting the power supply to the NVR/monitor. At this point, none of the cameras, which were all 5 feet away, would even light up on the monitor. The customer service representative was courteous and informed me that a new mouse and NVR would be sent to me within a week or two. We'll keep you updated as soon as the replacement arrives.
