Selected User Reviews For WildHD Power Extension Cable 16.5ft 2.1mm x 5.5mm Compatible with 12V DC Adapter Cord for CCTV Security Camera IP Camera Standalone DVR(16.5ft DC5.5mm Plug White)
I have been working on three projects during the last three months Over the last four months, I have bought six of these (some white, some black) and they have all worked perfectly. I have used them to power five I daisied in one case Three of them were chained together to create a camera that monitors the inside of the garage from the back of the house. The camera has been running for nearly three It is tight, but I still use electrical tape at the connection point to make sure the cables do not pull apart as I run them. The cable hasn't shown anything negative to me, so it's impossible for anything negative to be written about it.
I was able to get the job done with these cables! These cables gave me the length I needed, and their white color is less noticeable than a black cable would be. It's just to make it harder for them to separate, so I put some heatshrink tubing on the ends of the extension cable and camera pigtails. I was extremely happy with these cables-so happy in fact that I also bought some 16' ones.
I bought this item for full price on Amazon, and I am sharing my honest opinion about it. The following company My opinion is that so far this cord feels better than others. I have tried other cords and this one feels superior. I like its thick insulation because I feel better in it. There are many other cords like this on Amazon but they are neither insulated nor flexible. The cord is for a CCTV camera at my house that I recently purchased. So that it would not shut down if the power fails, I hard wired it to one of my UPS's. As soon as any changes are made I will update this review.
It was great to work with you It is a good thing that TP exists There is no difference in the type of connection used by Link and most old-fashioned modems It consists of school (. Not POE) residential I even tried a piece of power cable from an old camera and it did not My understanding was that the length of the wire was causing too much "juice" to be lost. So I decided to try this 33' wire and wahlah, works perfectly!.
I took the 2 cables I ordered out of the package immediately after receiving them and tested them both. It worked perfectly for both of them, no issues The product was free of factory defects and had a great quality feel to it. This is how I extended the power cables that come with my Valve Index VR base station cables, as they are short. I expect that these cables will work well with the Valve Index VR headset I'll be receiving tomorrow. They are correct polarity and have already been tested for that.
This UPS panel is for you. I cut the last 4 feet or so from the cable since it was excess and I needed to crimp terminals to connect the cable to power supply screws. The total length of the cable intact is 33 feet. Male end is securely attached to 5 of the 5 in general. This is the size of a 55mm x 2 inch letter. A 15mm female connector is provided. As is the case with the female side, the fit is tight. With Infrared, the camera draws about 800 mA, no problem with this 33ft (29 feet or so actually).
This is exactly how it should work. The cameras need to be plugged in if I want to use it on my camera system. There are several advantages to using this type of extension cord. It is easier to conceal, easier to manage, and can be much cheaper than other types. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that it included a nail file Luckily I had wire clips on hand, since I had to figure out how I was going to secure the wire. Because I just installed it today, I have no idea how long it will last, but as far as I can tell, it's.
The way it is is perfect. An extra bonus was a bag of wire clips that came with the package.
