A battery connector part on the iPod circuit board appears to be out of alignment. I thought I had put it back correctly because it worked when I removed the original battery. However, I found that the connector had separated from the circuit board when I removed the original battery. Then it disconnected again after a short time. This replacement battery had nothing to do with the problem. It’s a good little gadget but has a weak battery cable attached which is not as thick as the original. It is my sincerest regret that I gave you a negative review previously. The vendor has my full trust and will be my go-to vendor in the future. My vendor has not gotten in touch with me. I have edited the original post as follows Taking two charges to charge a battery, and now it won't accept any charge even after leaving it on charge for a week. I'm not sure why it did this.

I still use my ipod despite buying it a couple years ago. My battery was able to be replaced, which was a good thing. A replacement battery was installed once before, and it lasted for years afterwards. The performance I hope for will be similar to the last.

I find this battery to be well suited to my 6th generation Ipod classic. This was my first attempt at a higher capacity battery that was said to fit my iPod. There was no way for it to It's quite a good battery, I'm quite happy with it.
