I was looking for a battery to go with my JBL Charge 3. This is what I There is a battery here that will fit my 2017 model. If you want the battery to fit snug as it did in the original, use the 3M foam strips provided. To make sure you place the 3M foam correctly on the new battery and cables, examine the original battery and how the original foam is attached. Removing the bass radiator cap is also very difficult. I think this was the most difficult aspect of the job. The video on how to replace the battery can be found by searching the internet. Despite the difference in my end cap from what is shown in the videos, I tore it off in the same way as the videos. If your JBL Charge 3 battery is dead, then there is no need for you to waste your money on replacement. It is easier to replace the battery than to replace the computer. The price of a $20 battery is far less than the cost of an $180 battery!.
