The SurgiTel Loupes came with a battery pack. Does it come with instructions on replacing the battery?

This is the battery I used for my Surgitel device. The replacements are very easy to do. The battery pack has tiny screws that need to be removed. The total number of screws is 4. The internal portion of the battery is hidden inside the batter, so you will see it when you open it up. Remove the old battery, plug in the new one, then unplug and remove the old battery. Place the case back in place and screw the four screws back in. This took me less than a minute.

The size of the battery pack is The 68*1 formula. 0 = 46. Would you mind telling me the dimensions of 75 inches ?
