In my house, range is not that far through all the walls (6 to the bedroom, about 30 feet), but LOS range is about what they say it is when it is not blocked. With a USB extender cable and the Link 370 attached to it, I ran it up the wall to my desk, which greatly improved my range. My next step is to get a USB3 extender cable and see if that makes it any better (probably not).
