Selected User Reviews For Rolls Quartz PLL Synthesized AM/FM Tuner, 19” x 1.75” x 7” (RS81B)
I love how it looks and how it sounds. The only way I could guarantee I would never have to listen to another Bruce Arians broadcast was to find a way to prevent that from happening. The beauty of this device combined with an audio delay to achieve the desired effect.
You can disregard the previous review for the Rolls RS81B tuner from this author, that review was for a completely different piece of equipment and was posted by mistake. Generally, the Rolls RS81B has been very reliable and I enjoy listening to the AM stations, particularly at night. With the help of the outside antenna, I can listen to many regional stations, including some relatively distant ones. On AM, as well as on FM, the sound quality is fantastic. The tuner I chose for my project was the result of a thorough search on the internet, and it has exceeded my expectations.
