The above are the sorts of things I think I would like to know before I spend money on a pricey The tuner is great, but I wish someone had told me some things about it earlier, so I give it a four I gave the product a four-star review, but not five stars
4/5

These things aren't huge, they're not even really "issues," but they are the kind of thing I would like to know before I spend a lot of money on a *First and foremost I have to say this little guy's tuner is one chip in its entirety The TEA5767HN is a NXP device. A cell phone has an embedded FM tuner, and a MP3/audio player has an embedded IC for use in portable products. Obviously, this isn't a huge issue, but we need to be crystal An ultrasonic tuner is NOT at the heart of this tuner A high-quality product This section was designed by Henry Kloss and completed by Joseph D'Appolito with the blessing of the FCC, angels, and Joseph Kloss. An SMD IC may be worth five bucks (maybe). Additionally, as follows This is something that no one tells you, but it's really We use COLOR OLEDs for our display. Once again, I would like to emphasize An OLED display with a full RGB color gamut, capable of displaying graphics in color. In reality, you only really use this feature when you turn on the tuner and see a really fancy Pro-type screen A screen shot of the Ject splash page. That's pretty cool! That being said, let's be real. There is a super cryptic setup menu where you can change the RGB values, so that the display (which transforms into a single color once the tuner is turned on) can correspond to the rest of your system, but the cerulean blue power LED It is more of an aqua than a true blue that the display can achieve as its "bluest" display point. We're not fighting over petty issues. My only wish would have been to have been told.

Third Were at reception. The good stuff. There is no risk of blowing off your head. This sound system is quite pleasing to the ear, and through my set of Wharfedale Diamond 220s, an NAD D 3020, and a Polk PSW 111, it sounds as smooth and sparkling as an ultra-high-end system. It is compressed, loud, and compressed A mp3 with maximum volume derived from STL-sourced data It is possible for FM broadcasts to be mushed. Let's face it, 2016 is here. I can tell you this from my experience as a former part-time FM station manager. The dial on your device doesn't seem to show anything pure or analog anymore, as most of you are probably already You can also listen to NPR 95% broadcast syndicated and streaming on your local station with variable levels of lossy compression Garrison Keillor, play the trombones for a sad scene. There's a lot to love about this has been designed to fill a need, and the size is perfect for a system where you want it to sound good, be unobtrusive as possible, and still use separates that could have been combined into one component. You need to remember that Despite the miniature chassis' small size, it still has a quarter of its components inside. In order to use the chip, it must be a cell phone. OLED displays have a short lifespan and poor image retention, so expect a short life span. The design is beefy, steel and aluminum, with a restrained aesthetic that can only result from an Austrian industrial engineer. It is entirely worth the price of admission, but I wonder if it is entirely worth the price? As a result, I am still a grudging "yes" for now.

There is a type of antenna input called PAL
3/5

The reason I purchased this small component is that I have a limited amount of There was an PAL antenna input on the tuner. European-type antennas are available. In order to make this work, I had to purchase an F type PAL They should have included this adapter or it should have come with the standard F type antenna input if they are selling these to the US market. As soon as I figured that out and connected to an antenna, the reception and sound quality were excellent, and the small size was just what I required.

The performance is excellent, and the package is small
5/5

It was purchased to replace an older Yamaha analog tuner that I had been using My Yamaha had great sound, but it was losing its ability to catch signals as time went on. I decided to upgrade to the Pro-Fi. I chose this product because of its relatively low price for the function of FM tuning, but was not sure whether its performance would meet my requirements. The tuner was so small and the buttons so small that when I first received it, I was skeptical. I was quite surprised towards the end of hooking it up and reviewing the instructions for the remote at how clean the sound was and how well it picked up stations the Yamaha gave up by long distance. It was easy for my large hands to adapt to the little buttons, once I had it configured. It is also very convenient to switch between stations once you have it done. It would be nice to have it again in the future and I may consider other Pro-lenses In the future, we will offer a range of products.

I like the project tuner S, it's a good It takes a lot of work these days to build a component stereo system
5/5

It was a pleasant surprise to find this compact and well-organized collection A tuner built into the device. up to a roof and I'm ready to go We mounted the FM omnidirectional antenna and are happy with the result. Although I live in a quite marginal area, I can still obtain signals from some local universities (which was one of these installations' aims). Even though I receive this station in mono, I am very pleased to see how the Tuner switches to mono so smoothly. The sound clarity is excellent and does not suffer from the usual static and hiss found in It is a little tricky to figure out the controls, so it is pretty minimalist There is a great deal of control It is adequate, but the instructions are not overly complicated.

It wasn't the best reception, but it was still cool
4/5

This unit was unable to pick up the strongest of the radio stations using an external antenna (mounted on the building). Nevertheless, when I changed my traditional antenna to a coaxial, retractable one, my reception significantly improved. How did Project's Austrian engineers (respect) come up with such an idea? The OLED that this is is likely to be better than those of the past There is no way to know for sure.

I find it a bit hard to depend on, but it is very well The Sony XDR-F33 was broken and I wanted a new one The F1HD code
4/5

Despite a few flaws, it is still a truly remarkable tuner It has high power consumption and generates a lot of heat, which is frustrating. Thought I had missed out if I didn't buy them when they were on sale! The majority of the music I listen to is mid-tempo 10 college radio stations to power your week A distance of 20 miles is no problem for the Sony. It is marginally favored by the pro- A few times I was almost tempted to return The strength of the signal is not the issue, but for a slightly weaker signal, it works fine. (May build a rhombic or an indoor Yagi for an upcoming DX contest. The remote lacks some desirable functions and has unused buttons, which detracts from its rating of five stars and should be removed. It appears that this was originally made for some other part of the system- The programming is a bit clunky. When 4 is true When I got a chance to give it half a star, I would.
