I was surprised. A bad employee is on the receiving end of this device. Every vehicle that I had was fitted with one and I found that my biggest issue was with another employee that I did not suspect. During our tech's hours, starting at the first job and ending when you leave your last, they work from 9 am until 8 pm. Edit March 1, 2020 As it turns out, VYNCS Amazon customer feedback removal team realized that their comment deriding my review and critique of their service made them even worse and in turn decided to remove the comment fully.
