Both my motorcycles are tracked with this device, and the tracking has always been excellent! I now have the ability to disable my motorcycle while traveling thanks to the iPhone application they developed! Excellent support has been provided by the customer service team. There is no better system for the job! Thanks for the great service! I had my tracking/activation unit installed in a motorcycle and it Testing of the Ignition Cutoff feature revealed that it does not work. I spent many hours hooking it up. Here's an update My findings after working with two different TrackMate engineers was that the relay schematic they provided is incorrect. On activation of either the fuel pump or ignition disable, there seems to be ground instead of power. Once the Web Interface is activated, wire #6, the green wire, will go to ground. There is now a mobile app that can be used to kill the ignition or fuel pump, and they have enabled web support for that. Their efforts to resolve the ignition/fuel pump cutoff feature have much impressed me, and they sent me an additional unit as well to help them work through the problem. The customer service is AWESOME if you have issues with the unit! Don't be afraid to contact their support team if you need it!.

There is no doubt that this device works exceptionally The reason I bought this particular device is that I have the best signals in my area with Verizon, which is the only network I am comfortable with. The first time I connected it, the tracking was not appearing on the webpage, so I emailed It is Verizon that is considered to be the top carrier, according to com. Customer service ("Wolf") realized the device was not connected to Verizon, so they connected it, and I was up and running in less than 24 hours. It has an accuracy of Mall parking lots are probably a good place to look for your car. I found that Saver+ (12) has the lowest monthly fee of all the ones I reviewed. We have no issues with either the iOS app or the website. Two fuse piggyback connectors called Add-On are needed to connect the two fuses A wire connection system at Autozone made the process very easy. Although I am not an auto expert, I found this very helpful video on YouTube titled "How to safely and cleanly tap into your car's fuse box". I just want to be clear that this is a real review, and the product description says "Dust & Grease" It is water-resistant (IP65). The plastic cover on this is removable, and a tiny switch is on the inside, so I am unsure if it is actually waterproof. The application I'm developing doesn't need to be waterproof, but I wanted to make that point clear.

Having installed this in my 2007 BMW X5, I have nothing to complain about. By adding a circuit through the fuse box, I added some circuits. A fusebox is located in the rear of the car, and it is on the passenger side. There is an amplifier for the stereo on the driver's side, and there is a fuse box on the passenger side. From the trunk, you can get to it very easily. Found the right location on the fuse box for a constant power source and a switched power source after about 20 minutes of digging. Ground was dropped into a nut that I had lossened for some other components, and there was no trace of a positive wire. My multimeter had been tested at every step of the way with all my contact points. My multimeter ensured that the connector plugged into the unit was properly connected even after I had completed my connections. It appeared that everything was in order. My first step was to connect the unit, and I shoved it in As a result, I needed to hide it behind a panel covering the fuse box, which was simple to do. Upon reading the instructions, it appears that there is an LED on the device that shows the status of things. Sadly, this mini unit did not come with a My account has been created online, and it says the unit takes about an hour to come online, and you'll receive an e-mail once there's been a successful installation. However, we would like to swap the name for one that is more descriptive. In the future, I may get another one for a different car, so it would be very handy. The site wouldn't display statistics or history except on the iPhone app. The site did display them nicely on the website, however. The device may need to be online for 24 hours in order to work with that stuff. I will verify tomorrow, and I expect to contact customer service regarding the website issues.

Regardless if the website is down or not, this device works great. The price is also really good. Installation is simple for anyone who knows how to work on a car's electrical system.

For a few reasons, I bought this tracker to put on my personal vehicle, but the most important reason was for my teenager, who is about to receive As a parent, we can trust our kids as much as we want, but as a child once, I was really trusted by my parents, so I ended up drinking with my friends at more than one house party. My husband installed this in very little time and we pay for the $10 a month plan which gives his location every five minutes. So I didn't want to put anything on his phone so I wanted to know where he was with the car. There are plans for the tracker to provide the location of the tracker every few seconds, so you can see where it is at all times. My son drives a vehicle that belongs to me, and as a sixteen-year-old, he belongs to me too. Consequently, I want to know what he's doing in that vehicle, as well as his decisions. There are plenty of uses for this, such as tracking a cheating spouse, if you live in an area that has high crime, tracking the car theft of your neighbor, etc. No judgment here, just know that when you buy this you can be confident you will get the answers you want.
